- For receiving your service documents, RTA provides delivery or collection options for getting your registration card. All processes are done within a minimum of 5 days.

- RTA partner centers will provide you with a new plate at the time you chose during the transaction.
- When you receive the new plate, you must match its digits with digits of the old plate.

- If you delay in changing the plate within 5 working days from the receipt date, the responsible center will return the new plate to RTA to destroy it.
